At Ruby Jewelry, we strive to continuously work towards providing our valuable customers with the finest quality jewelry as well as top notch services. So if a product purchased from us doesn’t satisfy your needs, you can return it within a period of 15 business days from the date of sale.

Before returning the items, please contact us by either sending us an email at rochelle@rubyjewelry.us or calling us at 607-754-1212 to inform us about the same.

Packaging of items for returns

While returning the items, please make sure to pack them securely along with all the original sales receipts and packaging materials like the box, etc. It is always recommended to get the package insured to meet any unforeseen situation.

Returns exclusions, Returns inspection and Refund processing:

Merchandise credit and gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Estate pieces, special orders, custom orders, discounted items, promotional items, and sale merchandise are non-returnable final sales. Items altered from original condition (sized, engraved, etc.) are non-returnable.

All qualified items must be returned in unused, unworn, original condition with proper packaging and receipt. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss during the transit. This is why secured packaging and insurance are always recommended. If the items are damaged or worn out in any way, they will not be accepted for returns.

Once we receive the items, we will inspect them thoroughly. If they are qualified for returns, we will initiate your refund within 2 to 3 business days.
Note: Any shipping fee charged at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
